shortcuts in fcpx #2

sorry, forgot to say that no short-cut is working either, j,k,l don't do it #9 (background processes) does not. It is totally weird

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

NO shorts are working? Try trashing preferences and reinstalling the application from the App Store

Sorry, but these two posts belong together. I did trash prefs and caches and re installed both OS X and FCPX from the App store. But it stays in the same manner. Very weird.

I will contact Apple feedback.
